Invesco's PowerShares Files For 4 Active, Multi-Asset ETFs

Last week, Invesco (IVZ) kicked off December with two new low volatility ETFs. Well, more new ETFs are heading to the market. PowerShares has filed for four actively-managed ETFs targeting various levels of risk.
